SHACHAR LAVI co-founder / Principal

Born and raised in Israel, Shachar has always had a passion for the arts. She participated in art classes that included drawing, painting, sculpting and spent her free time dabbling with photography. In 1992, Shachar began her service with IDF, where she discovered the contribution of the computer to graphic arts, and knew exactly where she was headed.

In 1995 Shachar relocated to Los Angeles where she spent her first three years working for a printing company. During this time she gained an extensive knowledge of the print and graphic design industries. She was then recruited to work for an award-winning Los Angeles based design firm, known for its prestigious work in the non-profit and special events arenas. Throughout her career, she continually attended classes at UCLA’s Design Communications Arts Program, and quickly became a Sr. Designer and later on Creative Director.

After more than 10 years with the firm, and passionate about making a change in the world, Shachar knew it was time to move on and extend her extraordinary skills, knowledge and passion into a new vision, that will allow more companies and organizations around the country to learn and use sustainable design without compromising style and efficiency.
