We do good design. We don’t:
• Overcharge our clients.
• Bad mouth our competitors.
• Waste energy, paper, or a good laugh.
• Hire, manufacture or outsource outside of the U.S.
• Eat peanut butter without jelly.
• Dwell on the things we can't change.
• Leave the toilet seat up (that’s just bad Feng Shui).
And, lastly, we don’t make orange bicycles. But, one irate person seemed to think we did. Here’s her email:

Hello,
I am writing you to complain about why I am not satisfied with your bikes. To be quite honest, I think it is an absolute disgrace to design bikes with a make of a colour, and then not make them that colour; If you are going to make a bike by a colour, at least make it the actual colour. I have found your 'Orange' bikes in other colours, other than orange; I have seen them in black, white, pink and only 2 orange ones. This had actually confused me and I am not pleased with what's been made…I'm sure I am not the only one to complain about this.….I hope you can make some changes to this and I hope to hear from you soon.
